Marco Landeros

Firm leadership, board advisory, executive succession, and organizational dynamics at industrial scale.

Practice

The work, the lineage, the standard.

Marco is the CEO and Managing Partner of Anker Bioss. He carries the strategic direction of the firm and its standards of practice, and leads the most consequential engagements alongside the partnership across the Americas and Europe.

He brings more than two decades of industrial and executive leadership to the firm's advisory work. Prior to Anker Bioss, he spent 23 years at Nemak, including several years as its Chief Human Resources Officer. That trajectory shaped how he reads organizations: as living systems where governance, structure, and capability must move together for strategy to travel across a complex operating footprint. He advises boards and CEOs on succession, senior team design, and the leadership dynamics required in businesses operating at industrial scale.

Marco holds a Master of Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science from ITESM. He is based in Monterrey.
